A Sweeping User Survey Reveals Broad
Satisfaction Among Sales Simplicity Software's User Base

Ninety One Percent of Sales Simplicity Users Said
They Would "Recommend Sales Simplicity to Another Company"

 

CHANDLER, Ariz., Oct 31, 2008 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Sales Simplicity Software, the widely acknowledged North American leader in Sales Automation, CRM, Marketing and Reporting tools for home builders, today announced the results of a sweeping, independent user-based satisfaction survey, conducted by North-Carolina-based Propel Marketing Group.

The survey revealed broad and overwhelming satisfaction with Sales Simplicity Software among its users, with remarkably positive results in multiple categories. These positive survey results, detailed below, come on the heels of an announcement that 45% of Sales Simplicity Software 2008 sales were to builders who elected to remove an inadequate Sales/CRM system and replace it with Sales Simplicity, reaffirming the Company's commanding market leadership position.

Survey Results
The survey found that an overwhelming majority (95%) of Sales Simplicity survey respondents said that their "overall level of satisfaction" with Sales Simplicity is either very satisfied, satisfied, or somewhat satisfied. (66% answered "very satisfied" or "satisfied.") There were no "dissatisfied" or "very dissatisfied" responses among the user base.

The Sales Simplicity survey also found similar results when users were asked to rate Sales Simplicity's "overall ability to save the company time and reduce staff". An overwhelming majority, 86%, said that Sales Simplicity was "highly effective, effective, or somewhat effective" in saving the company time and reducing staff.

When the survey asked if respondents would "recommend Sales Simplicity to another company?" an astounding 91.2% answered, "Yes".  And 88% of those surveyed said that they would "choose Sales Simplicity again" if they were searching for a new CRM system.

Of those respondents who indicated their previous CRM system by name, 29% had switched to Sales Simplicity from other competing systems, and nearly 30% had chosen Sales Simplicity as their first formal CRM system.

Respondents represented builders of all sizes, but 94% of respondents had between 1 and 20 Sales Simplicity licenses, and 6% had more than 20.

"Given these independent survey results, it's hard to argue with the fact that we are delivering real value, real cost- and time-savings, and helping builders save time and money in hard times", said Sales Simplicity's Barry Forbes. "It's a little nerve-whacking to open yourself up to such a candid user-base survey, but the overwhelmingly positive responses are gratifying".
